MY REVISED BRIEF:
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, the way people use their homes has significantly changed, with many now working remotely and relying more on multifunctional spaces. My revised brief focuses on designing a product that supports this shift by combining a home bar with a functional workspace. The piece should be compact, easy to transform between uses, and suitable for small living areas. Additional features include alterations like chairs with adjustable backrests to offer both ergonomic support for work and comfort for socialising. The design aims to improve work-life balance by allowing users to transition smoothly between professional and personal activities without needing multiple furniture pieces.
